Position overview职位简介:
Indoor environmental consultant needed to conduct projects. Consultant identifies clients’ needs, delivers a suitable testing plan to determine any problems, supervises the testing, and then recommends appropriate solutions. All consultants should be able to conduct typical audits, but some are also specialists in mold, radon, building engineering, etc.

Responsibilities工作职责:
? Independently lead indoor environmental projects, including:

o Home and office indoor environmental “health checks”

? Interact with clients during visits – explain process, determine any additional needs, and collect payments as necessary. Consultants will be supported by Sales, who will have previously gathered information about client situation.

? Supervise lab sampling technicians during client visits and conduct specialized sampling as needed

? Edit reports with analysis of test results and debrief clients (report drafts are created by Operations team)
根据测试结果书写检测报告并且向客户收集反馈意见（报告的模板由行政部门提供）
? Recommend solutions (either remediation services or products) to clients
给予客户建议（无论是指导服务还是产品）
? Additional duties may include sales, thought leadership (speaking to groups or writing articles), and industry-related research

? Calibrate, deploy ,and maintain equipment and technology

Requirements要求:
? Minimum of 2 years’ experience as industrial hygienist (health and safety), environmental auditor, or environmental consultant; or 3 years of consulting or client-facing project management experience, if non-environmental related

? Educational background in science (microbiology, industrial hygiene, chemistry) or environmental studies preferred; knowledge of standards and protocols

? Experience doing field work – building inspections, construction, scientific work in the field, auditing

Work hours工作时间:
Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule; work may entail occasional Saturday mornings, but if required, will be offset by time off on another workday

Indoor environmental consultant needed to conduct projects. Consultant identifies clients’ needs, delivers a suitable testing plan to determine any problems, supervises the testing, and then recommends appropriate solutions. All consultants should be able to conduct typical audits, but some are also specialists in mold, radon, building engineering, etc.
