岗位职责

1、 根据生产计划监控后道生产进度，及时解决问题，确保按照进度要求交货
2、 合理安排任务，确保后道生产平衡，避免成品积压；
3、 做好生产预算和成本管理，降低后道生产成本;
4、 不断提高员工技能，降低损耗，提高生产效率；
5、 负责后道各环节质量控制与自检，严格按照生产制单要求作业，发现不符质量的产品，及时反映给缝制班组，确保成品质量；
6、 负责协调后道组与相关部门、车间的关系；

任职要求

1、 有五年以上后道组长（主管）工作经验；
2、 精通时装类后道（锁钉、大烫、总检、包装等岗位）流程与生产工艺;
3、 具备制定后道生产计划和排单的能力，有效控制生产进度；
4、 有责任心，善于沟通和协调，具有良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力;
5、 电脑操作熟练，时间、数据概念较强；
6、年龄在28----40岁男女不限。

工厂简介：
上海冰芯制衣有限公司位于上海松江漕河泾开发区，目前拥有标准厂房8000平米，在职员工近300人，年产值近3000万元，对满足集团公司产能的需求有着关键性作用。

工厂现代化管理和依法经营，工作环境舒适，上班时间人性化，提供丰厚的薪资福利待遇。工厂为员工提供员工宿舍，宿舍内配有电视机，空调、饮水机、独立卫生间等。
