HR Generalist

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for HR Information System(HRIS) routine maintenance and development;

2.As data and reporting center in HRSS, responsible for HC/Turnover Rate/Personnel Movement and other HR reports;

3.Responsible for assigned business departments’ routine operation service, such as, employee onboard / termination, personnel movements, probation & contract management, organization chart drafting, etc;

4.Support Manager on HR/HRSS processes or policies designing, drafting, consolidation, standardization, revision & flawless implementation;

5. Work with the HR team member(s) to ensure that functional requirements are analyzed, documented;

6. Other jobs HR manager assigned.





Qualification:

1.College Or Equivalent education background

2.Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in human resource management with well-known international company or joint venture company;

3.Be familiar with China labor law and local labor regulation;

4.Be familiar with HR routine operations;

5.Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity;

6.Good communication and problem solving skill skill;

7.Good MS Office, fluent reading and writing English, good listening and speaking English will be a plus.
