岗位职责

1. 参与网站、移动端产品的用户调研。

2. 参与网站、移动端产品的规划构思，完善产品概念。

3. 梳理归纳网站、移动端产品界面的交互需求。

4. 设计网站、移动端产品界面的信息架构、用户任务流程等，制作底保真度的产品原型。

5. 可用性测试，持续改进产品。

6. 和各种跨专业的人员组成团队进行合作，包括其他的设计师，项目管理人员，商务人员、品牌策略师，以及硬件和软件开发人员等。


任职要求

1. 2年以上的交互设计工作经验, 具备跨平台的产品设计经验。

2. 熟悉相应的用户调研方法，如深度的用户访谈、专家访谈、焦点小组和可用性测试等。

3. 善于思维的发散与收拢，将调研得出的机会点转化为可落地的设计可能性。

4. 熟悉产品开发流程。熟练运用Persona，Storyboard，需求分析，任务流程分析，概念设计，信息构架，线框图等交互设计方法。

5. 具备基本的视觉语言表达能力如手绘草图。熟练运用Visio, Axure，Illustrator，Sketch 等交互设计工具。懂CSS，DIV或 Javascript者优先。

6. 善于沟通，乐于分享。我们提倡团队成员之间的相互启发。

7. 需提交相应的设计作品集。
