Objectives and Responsibilities

· Ensure appropriate processing of production orders given by production planning and secure quality products.

· Ensure real-time quality control during production.

· Ensure performance of production equipment.

· Ensure compliance with defined budget, investments and according actions.

· Analysis of key data regarding performance of production departments and initiation of improvement actions.

· Support preparation of business plan for according departments.

· Continuous improvement of production processes and equipment.

· Assistance for supplier selection and sourcing of machines, equipment and operating supplies.

· Definition and control of preventive measures to avoid mistakes

· Ensure maintenance and repair of production equipment.

· Planning and implementation of continuous improvement for production processes and equipment.




Personnel Management Functions

· Responsibility for personnel matters of production departments

· Management and co-ordination of production staff

· Assistance in assessment, transfer and further education of production staff

· Definition of individual functions and familiarization of according staff members

· Define annual training/education plans for production staff members




Duties

· Failure analysis of internal and external complaints in order to prevent failures in the future.

· Accomplishment of corrective actions.

· Create work instructions for production processes.

· Monitoring maintenance of machines, devices and toolings.

· Support design of production equipment.




Requirements

· Good spoken and written english

· College or above degree in production engineering

· Excellent technical comprehension

· More than 8 years work experience in same or similar industry

· Work experience in foreign/multinational company preferred

· Professional and analytical working skills

· Team orientated

· Good IT skills (Microsoft office)
