职位描述
Main responsibilities:
? Providing technical assistance to Albemarle Catalysts’ existing customers with visits, reports, trouble-shooting and other services, which will add value to our products and increase probability of maintaining business. Providing technical assistance to create new business opportunity;
? Preparing the catalyst proposal including catalysts selection loading diagram, performance projections as well as customer presentations to assist in obtaining new business. Participate in commercial negotiation to close the deal.
? Developing relationships at various levels within the existing customer and potential clients, in particular, the operation & technical departments
? Providing input to China teams regarding strategy for maintaining existing business and obtaining new business. Participate in development of rolling forecasts and operating plans.
? Generating Technical Service and marketing tools, which help improve our technical service or our marketing ability.
? Attending external seminars, meetings, and convention to help maintain Albemarle’s presence in the industry as well as stay on current industry developments
? Providing input to and working with R&D and manufacturing for the product and quality improvement based on commercial experience. Interacting with and assisting other marketing centers in the Global catalyst business.
Qualifications:
? Refining engineering degree or equivalent in Chemical engineering or related discipline.
? Over 3 years experience as process engineer or equivalent position related directly to unit operation or unit design, preferably in FCC, hydroprocessing and/or hydrocracking units.
? Over 5 years overall engineer experience related to refining business.
? Good command of both Chinese and English.
? Good technical writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills related particularly to customer interaction and ability to sell Albemarle Catalysts’ products & services.
? Strong computer skills with ability to use spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing software.
? Teamwork sprit, self-motivated and honest.
