Ying Feng (Shanghai) Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. is a joint venture of HKR International Limited and Swire Properties Limited. Its parent companies are listed companies in Hong Kong which primarily engaged in property development, construction, operation of real estate advisory and property management.

The Company has made the right of development of Dazhongli project in Jing’an district in Shanghai. The entire project covers round 290,000 square meters, with a commercial complex of offices, hotels and shopping mall.
