Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
？ Be responsible 5S &safety manufacture at zone
负责生产区域安全和5S
？ Deal with abnormal problem in the manufacture
处理生产异常的问题
？ Arrange operator/tasks distribution base on production plan
根据生产计划完成人员和生产安排
？ Lead the shifter leader work with PRD manager to manage the work shop
领导班长协助生产经理管理好生产现场
？ CMS input
CMS 系统输入


Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1.Inspect to make sure operators product with require
检查操作工按要求生产

2 C 2.Control badness product in the manufacture and improve
生产过程中不良情况的控制及改善跟踪

3.Developing training programs; Train new employees on basic work
Shop policies, procedures and safety.
开发培训计划；基于现场政策、流程和安全，培训新员工


4.Responsible for WIP material status and material scrap control.
负责WIP材料状态和材料废料控制


Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1. College degree，Be able to read and write in English.
大专，有一定的英语读写能力。

2. More than 2~3years experience in production manager field.
2~3年生产现场管理经验。

3. Quality system knowledge. Grasp TS16949.
质量体系知识，了解TS16949

4. Ability to Lead、Motivate、Select、Train and Instruct personnel.
能领导、激励、选择、培训和指导他人。

5. Good interpersonal, organizational, communication and working skills.
良好的人际关系，组织能力、沟通能力和动手能力

6. Problem solving skills.
问题解决能力。
