北京/广州餐饮活动营销经理Beijing Catering & Events Manager（各1名）
本职位要求负责相关的订单派送、协调以及销售事务，同时遵守公司原则，也就是尽全力为客户服务。同时，为Ricci餐饮店提供营销开发支持。 该职位应直接向执行总监负责。
This position is responsible for building catering sales, coordinating, expediting and delivering all catering orders while delivering on the brand promise of “To be the best part of our customers’ day”. This individual will further assist in the development of marketing content for Ricci catering services. This position will report directly to the Operations Director.
主要职责Core Responsibilities:
? 负责北京区域的（场外）营销销售，确保每月达到预期销售额Build catering and events sales in Beijing, reach pre-set monthly sales targets
? 亲自负责大型订单、特殊要求或是特别订单Personally handle large orders, specific requests, and special orders.
? 协调销售过程，包括下单、交货、开票以及处理客户意见Coordinate the entire sales process including order fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and customer feedback
? 维护关于客户和潜在客户的数据信息Maintain accurate database of customers and potential customers
? 寻找以及处理客户反馈信息Seeks and receives customer feedback.
? 积极寻找商机Follow-up on every potential lead and inquiries to secure new catering business
? 为潜在客户展示餐饮服务Demonstrate and present catering services to potential guests to build sales
其他职责Additional Responsibilities:
? 确保每份订单得到准确处理，保障产品质量Ensures that all catering orders are executed with 100% accurately and quality of product and presentation.

? 熟悉Ricci的菜色以及服务, 了解当地竞争情况，分析竞争态势Be knowledgeable about the local competition and be able to speak to what Ricci’s attributes are in comparison
? 不断追求进步Committed to constant improvement.
? 追踪每日销售任务，例如检查手机号码、邮箱Track daily sales work: number of phone calls, emails, etc.
? 开拓新的客户关系，例如召开会议或是给客户发送邮件Maintain new catering relationships. (done through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails)
? 参加Ricci销售会议Attend Ricci sales meetings
? 定期向上级汇报销售情况以及新的机遇Communicate and interact with management team regularly to report progress, developments, and opportunities.
