Love My Brand 正在寻找一流的UI设计师以构建创新的
和令人兴奋的用户界面。作为我们的UI设计师， 你负责将被
数以亿计来自全世界的用户使用的网站界面。

职责：
  - 把要求转变为理念和干净优雅的设计
  - 开发和维护设计草图、设计规范及设计语言（Design Language）
  - 创建和优化易于使用的交互模型，用户动作流程，
    并保证界面设计的一致性（consistence）。
  - 创建可供使用的图标和插图
  - 进行界面可用性测试和评估审查新的设计

要求：
  - 精通Photoshop, Illustrator等设计软件。
  - 熟悉（X）HTML及CSS，具备遵循或创造新的web界面设计标准的
    能力
  - 具备设计的最佳实践和设计模式方面的知识
  - 2年以上的web界面设计经验，包括设计及进行可用性研究
  - 熟悉PHP、JavaScript等脚本语言
  - 2年以上XHTML和CSS经验
  - 非常注重细节，力求设计在各个浏览器里达到像素级完美
  - 有Subversion使用经验
  - 具备基本的英语沟通能力

具备以下经验者优先：
  - 了解Symfony
  - 了解HTML 5
  - 了解CSS 3

Love My Brand is looking for topnotch, self-directed User Interface
  Designers to build innovative and exciting web interfaces. As the
  UI designer of Love My Brand, you are responsible for creating the look and feel
  for Love My Brand, which will be used by millions of users from around 
  the world.

Responsibilities:
  - Translate requirements into concepts and elegant/clean user experience design
  - Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, specifications, and navigation 
    maps
  - Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that
    promote ease of use and optimize the user experience
  - Create consistence UI
  - Create icons used across Love My Brand
  - Assess testing and usability review of new designs
    
Requirements:
  - Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator.
  - Fluent in HTML and CSS as well as a demonstrated ability to either follow 
    or define a web interface style guide
  - Knowledge of best practices and design patterns.
  - 2+ years of experience designing web-based interfaces, 
    including designing and running usability studies
  - 2+ years with the following: XHTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop
  - Experience with PHP, JavaScript(Mootools preferred) and Flash
  - Extremely detail oriented. Strives for pixel perfect implementation 
    in all browsers
  - Experience working with HTML/CSS/JS in high-performance environments
  - Experience with Subversion  
  - Experience with PHP
  - Ability to communicate in English 
Bonus:
  - Knowledge of Symfony
