Responsibilities 职责:
1、 Advising OEM customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range, with specialized support from an OPS or specialized department where necessary.
给OEM客户建议，包括有关MR产品范围的所有技术询问，必要时从OPS或专业部门得到支持。
2、 Analyzing and coordinating technical requirements for scheduled customer projects including on-site review for the customer if necessary.
分析并协调客户项目的技术要求，如需要为客户提供现场服务。
3、 Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders, taking into account the MR scope of delivery. Early review of technical feasibility and cost effectiveness of customer-specific special designs through initialization of relevant processes.
考虑到MR的交货范围，对客户在报价及合同上的特殊需求，做出具体阐述说明. 根据相关步骤尽早做出技术可行性方案及客户特殊设计的成本效益评估。
4、 Cooperation with ASM in regard to the commercial clarification of offers and orders.
与ASM协调澄清订单商务条款。
5、 Compiling, analyzing and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated OEM customers. In regard to services, the OPP is authorized to set prices in regard to individual orders up to specified limits or reporting lines.
为OEM客户编制、分析，发送产品、部件、零件的报价及合同确认。关于服务，OPP有权就每个单个订单到特殊限制或汇报线进行定价。
6、 Entering customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning. Coordinating, scheduling and monitoring of progress during processing / implementation.
为了内部处理，计划，协调，安排时间和监管进度，进入客户订单和服务项目实施过程中的协调和跟踪工作。
7、 Assisting with and monitoring delivery and invoicing.
协助跟进交货、开票等事宜。
8、 Providing technical support and after-sales services to designated OEMs. Processing of complaints and disruptions, including problem assessment, implementation of necessary actions, follow-up and correspondence with technical support from an OPS or specialized department where necessary.
为指定最终客户/运营商提供技术和售后服务。处理投诉，包括问题评估，实施适当的行动，做好跟进工作，必要时从OPS或专业部门得到支持。

Requirements 要求：
1、 Bachelor degree of Electric Power Systems or Electrical Engineering related; or at least 3-years of related work experience in power industry of design, technical support related;
本科以上电力系统或电气工程类相关专业；或3年以上相关行业电气设计、技术支持类工作经验；
2、 Experience in power technology and owning basic knowledge of the machine construction industry and transformer.拥有电力工程学经验和机械制造业和变压器的基本知识；
3、 Excellent spoken and written in both English and Chinese;
良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；
4、 Understanding of processes and (ERP, i.e. SAP) systems
了解相关系统操作（ERP 例如： SAP）;
5、 High Team work inspirits, positively and actively;
