JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Provide technical support in order to drive sales growth within all Renold coupling
lines.
KPI (Key Performance indicator)
- Effectiveness and accuracy of response to customers
- Feedback on technical expertise
Key Responsibilities
DO
_ Provide advice and assistance on all technical matters relating to Renold's
Couplings.
_ Propose technical solutions and provide product application demonstrations
_ prepare and cost a Clutch or Coupling design solution for non standard customer
installations.
_ Provide analysis and comparison for competitors products and market
_ Provide customer conversion assistance
_ Support commercial events by delivering technical presentations /seminars/
demos
_ Deliver technical sales competency training
_ Further technical job for product localization, local design, technical proposal to
upgrade products
OVERSEE
_ Oversee the technical support / service to customers
_ Oversee the growing of customer facing team's competency

_ Familiar with CAD and other drawing softwares

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE
_ Minimum 2 years technical experience within couplings
_ Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Mechanics is preferred
KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Account Managers, Filed Business leaders, technical team in plants and global
technical team
