Junior Merchandiser_yoox.cn

We are looking for a highly talented and self-motivated candidate who is responsible for the following duties:

· Management of all activities related to the site merchandising of yoox.cn:

o Monitoring all the online content on yoox.cn (including Home Page Banners, Sub Home Banners, Themes, Selections, etc.)

o Managing all the selection of products related to any area of the website

o Proposing commercial activities related to local trends and customers’ expectation

o Driving sales & profit margins through Banner Management and Product selection aligning with commercial plans

o Assortment monitoring

· Applying merchandising tools & reporting in order to improve department performance

· Keeping tabs on the fashion industry and ensuring product selection for commercial campaigns is always up-to-date with the latest trends and matched with fashion customers’ expectations

· Monitoring the execution of all the merchandising operation activities of the APAC region

Requirements

· 1 year or above of experience in merchandising/ product merchandising, preferably e-commerce

· Excellent command of spoken and written English

· Strong knowledge of product management (materials; production process; market sensibility: latest trends in related markets; brand awareness; pricing sensibility: strong orientation in the price ranges)

· Excellent management and organizational skills to coordinate with both the Corporate and field teams.
