Job Description:
Expat Sales Manager This person would be for Hilton Premium Club Shanghai & surrounding City’s to generate sales with expatriates and attend networking evens, shows & fairs and also call expats to sell the membership over the phone or book appointments to meet one to one. This person would need to be fluent in English & or French/ Spanish . Well presented & with a good sales background.
Scope of Work:
? Attend networking evens, shows & fairs
? Membership telemarketing sales in call center.
? Book appointments to meet one to one for potential memberships.
? Build a positive working atmosphere within the call center.
? Ensure adherence to Administration, Finance and HR policies and any new company policies which may be introduced from time to time.
? Abide by and enforce HMC Confidentiality Agreement.
Requirements:
? Fluent in English & or French/ Spanish .
? Well presented.
? Demonstrated skill in managing and developing client relationships.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work in a very fast-faced environment, has high energy, and able to work with and implement change.
? Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
Assets:
? Sales experience will be an advantage
? Telesales experience with a short sales cycle (approximately 15 minutes).
? Fluency in a major second language.
? Background within the hospitality, hotel and travel industry desirable.
? Knowledge of CRM technology.
? Female will be perfer.
