Control all Asia programs running under the right company policy
1 Check programs using Standard sales process
2 Check program reports and log done and submit under right company policy
Program staff productivity analysis and control
1 Weekly analysis for Telemarketing performance
2 TSR Monitor and Non-performance report Analysis
3 Non-revenue headcount review
4 Follow up on program processing the productivity improvement action
Program Annual operational audit
