职位描述
Position Summary
This Business Application Analyst will be overseeing NYU Shanghai Business Application Operation Support, Orientation and Training, Business Process optimization, Account and Privilege Management, Report Management, etc.
He(she) will work within a cross-functional(HR, Registrar, Admissions, Finance, Arts and Science, etc.) and cross-country(Shanghai and New York) team to identify and implement ideas and concepts for the general university population as well as specific business units, or a specific need brought to them by a client.
Responsibilities
? In coordination with the Assistant Director of Information Technology to ensure various business applications run smoothly throughout its selected lifecycle application localization, data modeling, security, and supporting business processes.
? Full in charge the business applications using in NYU Shanghai in liaison with business department, NYU GTS Project Teams, NYU ITS applications services providers regarding required prioritizing, directing and coordinating activities, problems and updates; research and analyze information exchanged to provide guidelines, make recommendations, and execute development tasks as necessary.

? IT Business Partnering with business departments to identify opportunities for value-
added IT solutions.
Partner with business departments to identify opportunities for value-added IT solutions.
Communicate relevant IT information to IT Department at an appropriate level of detail.
? Ensure the creation and gathering of data for reporting purposes. Generate and analyze logs for any malfunctions and problems; propose and implement solutions to identified issues. Monitor and manage access control and security processes as needed.
? Design and deliver business process and IT systems solutions as required to support.
Work with business customers to define high-level requirements, recommend process and / or technology solutions, develop associated business case, and execute the initiative or orientations and training.
Qualification
? Required Education
？ Bachelor Degree or qualification in the field of computer-science or business. Master is preferred.
? Required Experience
？ 5+ years related experience in business analyst or ERP consultant role.
？ Has a solid business sense or familiar with the business process in education industry.
? Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
？ Fluent in English and Chinese
？ Knowledge of ERP System.
？ Track record of successful IT solutions delivery.
？ Demonstrate the understanding of licensing business process.
？ Design and implementation of practical IT solutions.
