Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
？ Finishing UI design based on requirements raised
按事先商定的质量进度要求完成项目的用户界面设计工作
？ Communication with Interaction Designer and other department to finish user interface aesthetics design
与交互设计师、相关部门充分沟通完成用户界面外观美观度设计
？ Drafting of relevant module technology documentation
负责相关模块技术文档的拟订
？ Feedback to Project Manager and relevant Heads about progress in software development in time, and providing suggestions according to actual situation
负责向项目经理、开发负责人及时反馈软件开发中的情况，并根据实际情况提出改进建议
？ Duty of confidentiality
承担相应的保密职责
？ Other work assigned by Project Manager
完成项目经理交办的其它工作

Requirements:
职位要求
？ Graduated from Computer or Software Major, etc., more than 3 years experience in UI design
计算机、软件相关专业毕业，具有3年以上UI设计工作经验
？ A good command of relevant UI designs tool and Web development technology, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Flash， CSS and XML, etc.
熟练掌握相关用户界面设计工具及Web开发技术，熟悉Photoshop, Coreldraw、Flash、CSS、XML等
？ Good aesthetics and art foundation
具有良好的审美观及美工基础
？ A good team player with dedication, creativity and ability to work independently
具有团队精神和敬业精神，具有良好的创新能力和独立解决问题的能力
？ Strong communication and learning abilities
有良好的沟通协调能力及团队意识，学习能力强
