职位描述
? 负责线上服务线规划和设计，包含但不限于互联网、移动端、未来可能的智能电视端等渠道的服务规划与推动产出。
? 跨部门协调是PM的基本工作，藉此推动设计、研发、运营、营销等等，让目标如时、如成本、如规格达成。
? 监看、进行调研和分析工作，及时的调整产品、优化流程，在每次的 iteration 中让产品更臻好用上手。
岗位要求：
? 本科以上学历，2年以上互联网或移动端应用从业经验。有强大的热情，并打从心底认为PM是产品灵魂人物的自信人物。
? 对O2O有想法，熟悉互联网行业，对创新应用与团队的八卦源源不绝、朗朗上口更好。
? 充分经验过产品的研发和运营等流程，具备一定的技术知识足以跟研发沟通。（不知道MySQL跟怎么念，您就考虑别的工作去吧。）
? 对 UI 有基本理解，一定要纯熟 PPT or Keynote。熟悉 Excel、Word。会 OmniGraffle、Axure 等相关工具优先。
? 细心。充分体认只有团队合作才能成大事。优秀的沟通能力一定要，高度的责任感与抗压性不可少。
? 对时程掌控、专案跟进具备身为PM的常识与急迫感。

Title: Product Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for product planning, making requirement document, and change management.
- Work closely with technical, design, and QA team, in order to launch the product on time & on spec.
- Iterate and optimize FAST according to user feedbacks and data analysis.
-Take part in marketing and product maintenance, and customer service.
- Communicate across teams and project members to achieve the goal.
Requirement：
-College or above. 2 years experience working in internet or mobile service company.
- Havig insights about internet ecosys with sense of trending topic.
- Well experienced in product planning and operation.
- Ability in delivering PRD, wire-framing or flow mock-up using tools like PPT(basic) or OmniGraffle or Axure(plus). Strong communication skill with technical team.
- Experience in project management, contractor management, or mobile application is a plus.
