RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Indirect procurement including Capitialinvestment, IT, MRO, Service, etc
Responsible for the purchasing amount < = 20 k indirect procurement supplier
selection and finish all order in the SAP system, contract duly signed (containing > 20 k)
Through comparison and price negotiation on the basis of meet the requirements to
meet minimum purchase amount, Meet the savings goals.

2.Coordinate application department and suppliers to ensure quality and timely
delivery, work closely with application department improve suppliers' performance.
Support and closely cooperate with China indirect purchasing department setup
supplier base and sourcing strategy.

3.Data aggregation and statistical analysis, summary KPI monthly report and ensure
the timeliness and accuracy,
Regularly update the price information, investment information, maintain the
departmental data;
Set up the supplier database and purchasing cost benchmark, statistical purchase
amount, and the status of the goal to achieve.

4.TS and EHS system
To ensure the site service suppliers according to company's EHS requirements;
Drawing,Sepc. management in accordance with the relevant provisions of issuing,
recycling and archive work;
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the process of SAP system
maintenance, to ensure the legitimacy of the input prices and accuracy;
Department involved in the TS/EHS system maintenance work, ensure that the
system run smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical or mechanical or related specialized graduation.
2. Rich Indirect Purcashing, (investment in fixed assets, MRO, IT Service) procurement work experience.
3. More than 5 years related working experience, familiar with automotive industry suppliers and procurement requirements.
4. Must have relevant quality, environment, safety consciousness and common sense (TS/EHS).

5. Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and computer operation skills, especially have a strong ability of data statistics and finishing.
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, good communication skills and team cooperation spirit, good organization and coordination ability.
7. Able to work under high pressure, has a positive and professional attitude and style.
8. Problem solving through the rigorous, objective and evaluation information system and scheme selection.
9. In daily work, fair consciousness and requirements.
10. Have strong ability of negotiation, keen to identify both sides of the demand, motivation, and win-win agreement.
11. Have a certain team leadership.
