Responsibility:
1. Implement the new accounting software(Ufida or Kingdee) for the new company
为新成立的公司完成用友或者金蝶财务软件的上线
2. Finish daily bookkeeping (AP, AR GL) for Hongkong company
负责一个香港公司的全套账务处理
3. VAT Invoice issuance, monthly tax declaration on machine and other tax related issues
发票开具、月度发票机抄报税和其他涉税事项
4. Check staff reimbursement & payment application form;
员工报销核查及其他付款申请
5. Tax exemption for overseas service fee
负责离岸服务费的免税申请
6. Prepare month-end Journal Voucher including cash, bank and transfer voucher
现金凭证、银行凭证和转账凭证录入
7. Fixed Assets booking and management; intangible assets booking and management, etc
固定资产、无形资产的登记和管理等
8. Assist Senior Finance Manager on ad hoc tasks
协助高级财务经理完成其他的工作
Qualifications
1. College degree on Finance
财务相关学位
2. At lease 3 years experience in similar position (5 years more better)
至少3年以上相关的工作经验(5年以上更佳)
3. Familiar with MS office tools(Excel), Ufida or Kingdee
熟悉微软office(Excel)工具,用友和金蝶财务软件
4. English in reading and writing and verbally
具备英语口语和书写阅读能力
