职位描述
Role:
This person will work closely with the Design Project Leader to ensure that all customer requirements are being addressed within the design team on a daily basis. They should also feedback any issues through the appropriate channels using good management techniques to identify and control them.

In the early stages of programmes they will coordinate the creation of DFMEA documents, exploded bill of materials and master section (BAP) books. As the programme moves forward they will focus on ensuring process/tooling feasibility details are available for the CAD engineers along with the most up to date package and surface data.
在项目起始阶段，需要协调创建DFMEA、BOM和主截面（BAP）文件。随项目逐渐展开，注重与设计工程师交流，确保最新设计的造型面和总成数据的模具加工和制造工艺可行性
Checking of 3D data and drawings before release to the customer will be a key part of this role to ensure a quality output and to build a good reputation/brand. Data transfer to and from customers and suppliers in a timely manner will also be managed by this person.
主要的工作职责是产品设计的三维数模和图纸发布至客户前进行审核，确保高质量的设计输出，从而建立良好的品牌和声誉。同样负责各阶段与客户或供应商之间的数据输入和输出
Necessary Experience:
- At least four years experience working in a first tier automotive interior trim supplier working as an engineer on D&D programmes
具备四年以上在汽车一级内饰供应商作为项目开发设计工程师的工作经验
- Must be able to conduct regular design reviews to communicate issues and manage the ‘team’ (internal and external) to resolve them as quickly as possible
必须能够组织常规的设计审核，清楚阐述问题并组织内部外部团队尽快得以解决
- Knowledge of interior trim component manufacturing processes is required
必须具备对汽车内饰零部件生产制造工艺的认识和理解
- Must have experience of conducting DFMEAs for cockpit modules, instrument panels and door casings
具备仪表板集成模块和车门饰板系统DFMEA编排和跟踪的经验
- A sound knowledge of automotive legislative requirements as applied to interior trim is required.
对汽车内饰系统相应的法规要求有一定的理解
- Good knowledge of GD&T
对GD&T有很好的认识和理解
Skills:
- Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V4, Catia V5 and Unigraphics
熟练运用CATIA V4, CATIA V5或UG软件进行产品开发
- Excellent PC skills are essential (MS Office, MS Project, e-mail etc)
熟练运用各类办公软件诸如MS Office, MS Project, e-mail等等
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
英语书面和口语优秀
- Able to develop and implement data control and storage processes
能够实施和改进数据控制和存放的相关流程
- Experience of a range of data transfer methods
具备相应的数据格式转化的操作经验
- Must have the ability to communicate at all levels both to internal and external customers
