Role:



- Communication with customers to understand and clarify requirements
will be crucial to effectively planning and executing key packages of
work.



- Full responsibility for customer satisfaction and the development of business relationships.



- Checking of 3D data and drawings before release to the customer, ensure a quality output.



- Manage the regular conversation meetings with customers, and shoot design issues.



- Perform as a coach.




Qualifications:



- College Degree in automotive, machinery, engineering, and related dept.



- 5-8 years plastic design experience in OEM / Tier 1 Supplier / Design House, 2 years practice in the management level.



- Expert in CAD Software (CATIA,UG, IDEAS), able to use Microsoft office, particularly PowerPoint.



- Friendly, enthusiastic, mentor potential.



- Performance will be measured using the following metrics: Output Quality and Quantity, meeting personal objectives.
