职位描述
Responsibilities and duties
? Support the European business developers with their business development and sales activities through research of markets and industries, research of potential clients, preparation for client meetings, assistance in drafting proposals, assistance in preparing for attending exhibitions and conferences, etc.
? Understand electrical and mechanical engineering requirements and expectations of (potential) clients as well as SK’s capabilities and focus products and services and stay in close communication with the business development team and the engineering team.
? Follow up on preparation of price quotes and coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering and Finance team.
? Follow up on client’s requests through the business developers.
? Deeply understand SK’s focus industries, applications, products and services and identify potential new markets.
? Coordinate distribution and logistics and communicate between SK logistic team in Shanghai and European business developers.
? Continuous communication between European business developers and the Engineering team in Shanghai.
Profile and required skills and behaviour
? Experience in business development support function in industrial environment (business-to-business). Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly projects.
? BA degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is a plus.
? Self-motivated. High level of responsiveness.
? Supportive/service attitude.
? Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Extremely accurate and careful.
? Analytical strong, good research skills.
? Knowledge of transformers and power distribution units, and understanding of the market and industries of potential application is preferred.
? Reliable, committed and ethical behaviour.
? Ability to interpret technical drawings is preferred.
? Mandarin mother tongue and English professional working proficiency. French or German working proficiency is a plus.
? Work is rigorous, a strong sense of responsibility, can consciously abide by the "regulations for employees of the company and each rules and regulations, abide by state laws and regulations and local policies.
? Healthy body, no organ defects, can work under high pressure.
?
