Position: IT Officer
Job Duty
1. In charge of assigned project tasks and act as PM if required.
2. Lead or work with teams in UIT, SIT and UAT to ensure system deliverables according to blueprint.
3. In Hybris project, as per the project requirements and coding conventions, working with internal and external teams on business requirements, technical specification documents and Hybris related development.
4. As per requests, work with team to do technical design works, create/maintain the related technical documentation with defined technical templates.
5. Investigate, analyze and document reported defects, and perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
6. Responsible for Hybris on-going maintenance to provide high quality service to business by daily system checking(not limit to Hybris system), performance monitoring, issue troubleshooting, coordinating and resolving issue in a timely manner.
7. Lead or work with team to setup and maintain related hardware and software.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor of Computer Science or related.
2. Has IT project management knowledge and skills, PMP certification is a plus.
3. College English Level 4 or above with fluent speaking English skill.
4. Has good communication and facilitation skills, independent, well planning and prioritizing skills.
5. Knowledge of database architecture and design, and experienced with at least one of the databases: Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server and MySQL, and coding with the related SQL statement
6. Good knowledge on Software Engineering and Design Pattern, and able to use OOD to design with one or more UML tools
7. Retail eCommerce experience desirable, and experience in Hybris, Demandware or ATG is preferred.
8. Familiar with J2EE and Java related technology, and skilled to use EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Web Services to develop projects.
9. Familiar in web application development, and good experience in HTML/XHTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.; experience in WAP or Mobile App development is preferred.
10. Familiar to use and configure one or more main stream of Web and Application Servers, such as WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss etc.
11. Be familiar with router, switch and other network devices’ configuration and maintenance.
12. Be able to handle multiple tasks, team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel; ability to perform under pressure.
13. Be responsible, diligent, proactive, firm mind and service oriented.
