Our Company:
We are a trading company mainly exporting fabrics to garment mills located in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia and China.
We source and present our fabrics to our customers based in Spain, Australia, Middle East, India and Thailand, We have offices in Shanghai since year 2000 and have staff of 24 people.
Job Title: Sales Follow-up Support Staff
Report to: Team Manager
Responsible for:
- Following up running orders with factories and updating status of each thing to the sales team
- Contact suppliers to get latest status for samples and lab dips request
- Entering shipment details in ERP system
- Preparing shipment documents
- Preparing shipment samples
- Tracking payments from customers
- Preparing list of inspections to be done in coming days
- Preparing parcels to be sent out to Suppliers and overseas customers
Qualifications Required
- Female Aged 25~35 who can read and write in English well, spoken English is a plus
- Ability to use computer softwares like Outlook, Excel, Word is a must
- Should be a person willing to work sincerely and take responsibility
- Should be willing to learn new skills
- Should be well organized and should be able to manage time well.
- Should be able to work effectively under pressure.
- experience of working in a similar fabric or garment trading company is big plus
- House should be located not very far from our office
