Key Responsibilities:
·Daily/routine clerical & administrative support to the teams;
·Handle daily paperwork and routine administrative tasks;
·Operational tasks for shows, able to handle fringe programs independently or with minimal supervision;
·Carry out general marketing and special events for the teams.


Experience & Qualification:
·Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant majors;
·Have working experience in sales and marketing (experience in exhibition industry is preferable);
·Excellent written & spoken English (CET6 or above);
·Good computer skill (office software),Photoshop is an advantage;
·Responsible and reliable, initiative, supportive, good sense of time control;
·Willing to learn & meet challenges;
·Good communication skills; Good team player;
·Conscientious, hard working and is willing to learn.
