职位描述
Job Description:
Incentive Management
a. Maintain a database to tack and analyze each Mill KPIs, its impact on performances and incentive payout
b. Manage our Long Term Incentive program making sure that it is aligned with our Talent program and with a focus on critical positions and high potential
c. Review all incentive programs will the aim to simplify scheme, drive behavior and align with Company's strategic objectives
d. On an annual basis, support the annual KPI target setting, review and approval process
Compensation Management
a. Provides compensation support and advice for Mills in China and overseas
b. Work with Mills Reward/ HR team and devised best way to support their rewards need
c. Support the annual salary increment process, annual salary benchmark and annual salary ranges review
d. Support and manage the Company Position Evaluation system
Benefits & Work-life
a. Devise ways to expand Work-life activities/ programs in the company
b. Design and implement a company wide recognition Program
Help translate English documents into Chinese and may be called upon to help explain details in Chinese to local mills
Requirements:
a. 5 years or more of relevant experience in managing Rewards in MNC
b. Faimliar with China statutory benefits requirements
c. Good in excel
d. Strong analytical skill
e. Meticulous and focus
f. Integrity
