Machine Supervision Engineer设备监造工程师

A. 岗位描述 Job Description：

1. Responsible for supervision, expediting and inspection of purchased domestic machines in China.

负责中国地区供应商提供设备的质量监造、验收和催交等工作，对监造设备的质量和交货进度负责；

2. Familiar with the purchasing contract and technical agreement to understand the technical and quality requirements.

熟悉采购合同及技术协议，了解订货技术要求和质量要求；

3. Responsible for collecting and completing the standards of out sourcing machines (and material) which required by group sister companies.

负责收集并制定集团各分公司在中国的主要外购设备（材料）的监造规范和标准，并不断完善；

4. Supervise the manufacturing of domestic suppliers according to the technical agreement and the group sister companies’ design, manufacture and inspection standards strictly. Sign the inspection record or test record on behalf of the company.

严格按采购技术协议和本集团国外工厂对设备的设计、制造和检验标准进行监造和检验，代表公司签署检验记录或试验报告。

5. Issuing the <Qualification Note> to the supplier after the inspection. Submit the <Qualification Note> to AC department with the payment application together.

合同设备见证检验工作完成后，向制造厂商签发《验证合格通知单》，作为合同设备出厂合格和付款证明；

6. Assist the purchasing personnel to expedite the delivery documents and machine documents.

协助采购人员进行设备运输资料的催交和设备资料的发送检查；

7. Responsible for the filing of the supervision documents.

负责监造检验工作档案的整理和归档；

8. Other jobs fulfilled by the line manager and the GM.

完成上级领导交办的其他任务；

9. Attend training program arranged by the company for group’s products and technology for self- improvement continually.

参加公司产品及技术培训，提高自身综合素养；

10. Report to the Technical Team Manager directly.

向技术部经理直接汇报工作。

B. 资格要求 Qualifications：

1. University degree or above (Machinery and equipment background as preference).

大学本科以上学历（机械设备专业优先）。

2. With approx. 5 years’ experience in mechanical product qualification inspection and supervision jobs.

五年以上机械产品质量检验及监造的实际工作经验。

3． Familiar with NDT technology and War Welding technology. Preference to the applicant who familiar with Ball Mill and Roller Mill.

熟悉各种无损探伤工艺及防磨堆焊工艺。熟悉球磨机和立式磨者优先。

4. Fluent English both in written and oral is a must.

英语听说读写流利。

5. Willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas.

能接受频繁出差于国内外。

6. Dependable, hard work and take initiative.

踏实、勤奋、积极主动。

7. Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently with the sense of responsibility.

有较强的责任心，独立思考、分析、解决问题的能力。

8. Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work.

有良好的人际沟通能力，具有较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。

9. Practiced computer application skill.

能熟练操作计算机。
