岗位职责：
1、Software Project Manager will manage the development of a smartphone based SW; the major activity covers,
2、Functional definition and software validation.
3、Good branding sense on Product;
4、Delivery qualified software in time;
5、project planning & program control;

任职资格：
1、 2+ years working experience in sw project management, and 1+ years in a technical position.
2、 Working in a very challenging environment to achieve the good SW quality.
3、Ability to take independently responsibility and pressure with proactive and pragmatic; properly handle differences between the teams
4、Excellent communication/coordination skills in a matrix management structure
5、Functional requirements analysis and clarification with product sense
6、 Communicate with the development and marketing teams to make the expectation clearly and effectively.
7、Project & resource planning and development strategy
8、 Action follow up and regular report/dashboard, Risk/Requirement management
9、Business trip is OK
