Role Summary/Purpose
This role is accountable for fixed assets operation in China hub serving GE global, specialized in Enterprise Standard, GE GAP and regional statutory/tax policies.
Essential Responsibilities
-Partner with integration resource on regional fixed asset process baseline and reengineering, documenting SOP.
-Deliver smooth operation work with clear operational mechanism and review rhythm.
-Implement lean six sigma into operation, drive continuous improvement for operation quality and efficiency.
-Specialize in US GAAP and regional statutory and tax policy, refreshing knowledge with corporate accounting and regional SME from time to time.
-Other initiatives include monitoring BPO operation and participating into global FA tool initiatives etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above in Finance/accounting
-3-5 years accounting work experience
-Good spoken and written English is a must
-Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
-Critical thinking, reliable and efficient
Desired Characteristics
-MNC/Shared service experience related prefer
-US GAAP/Oracle & SAP knowledge prefer
