Job Title: Maintenance and Energy Utilities Manager

Key Elements of Role:

Management of Routine Maintenance

Management of Utilities Operation and Maintenance

Management of Energy Intensity reduction Program

Qualifications:

Essential:

Good Technical degree qualification

Maintenance management experience and good general technical knowledge (E&I, Mechanical )

Specific technical knowledge of utilities and utility equipment

Good English language skills

Desirable:

Experience with specific energy intensity reduction initiatives and programs

SAP experience/knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Stable employment history

Family situation suitable for working at Qingpu ( no family issues/concerns, no long commuting time to/from work each day )

Relatively young, but high potential – someone looking for stable employment with a company which can offer good career progression opportunities (based on demonstrated capability )
