Famous US Chemical Plant:


GENERAl

Responsible to maintain QMS, to control the quality of RM, finish products and process, to continuous improve the effectiveness of QMS, and make sure meet customer's expectation


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in chemical fiber engineering, textile engineering or textile materials.
3 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry
Experience with the practical application of fundamental quality control and improvement tools such as SPC, Cpk, DOE and etc
Strong analytical skills (i.e. able to read and comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend and execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation)
Good communication skill, good command of English in both writing and speaking


RESPONSIBILITIES

MBM & EHS, accept MBM culture and follow all the regulations including EHS procedure
Establish, Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of ISO9001 & TS16949 quality management system; and to demonstrate compliance during internal and external audit/inspection opportunities
Quality control of finish products, process and raw materials
CQSIR coordinator -Coordinate with internal and external parties to make sure customer's requirement meet and corrective actions taken to the non-conformance
Maintain Lab data base
