Job Description:
? Serves as Lead on assigned projects or engineering assignments of difficult complexity and develops the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline engineering work. Lead duties include but are not limited to: develop and update job plans, supports proposal and estimate activities, develop and review specifications including design criteria, develop and monitor schedules, develop and monitor manpower estimate forecasts, assigns work to teams, monitor material estimates and quantities, interfaces with project disciplines/client representatives/construction, participates in equipment and material procurement activities, permitting activities and subcontracting activities
? Reviews specifications, drawings, and vendor equipment documentation from both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seek resolution
? Serves as Supervising Lead, providing guidance/supervision to other leads and functions act as mentor to less experienced engineers
? Monitor work done by Fluor offices or other designated entities performing Distributed Execution Engineering
? Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards (ACP1000) as well as department practices and procedures.
? Provides close interface with, and promotes the understanding of other discipline functions.
? Other related duties/functions as assigned

Basic Requirements:
1. Minimum of 12 years engineering design and management experience.
2. Recent experience demonstrating capability to execute FSR, FEED and detailed engineering associated with nuclear power plant.
3. Design institute and/or international engineering company work experience is preferred.
4. Good communication skills and good leadership skills
5. Good English Speaking skills and ability to interface with multinational companies
6. Able to work in Beijing.
