职位描述
Job Description:
1) International Business development, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Services.
2) Generate new business leads. Utilize interpersonal skills when negotiating contracts and or bids and build long-term relationships with potential external partners and customers.
3) Handle all the sales related issues like taking inquiries, giving quotations, identifying suppliers, following up for orders, and etc.
4) Coordinate with internal and external suppliers, Q.C/Q.A managers for timely deliveries & quality related issues.
5) Cooperate with logistic team and supplier management team for timely shipment & get the remittance.
6) Service prospective and existing clients on commercial and product related issues through emails and telecommunication.
7) Participate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
8) Directly report to General Manager.
Job Requirement:
1) Fluent in both oral English and written English.
2) Fluent in both oral Chinese and written Chinese.
3) Must be a fast learner. Be able to learn product knowledge quickly, and eventually be able to discuss common technical questions with international customers.
4) Must be aggressive and result-oriented.
5) Must be able to work under pressure, and self-motivated.
6) Must have international sales or client services experience.
7) Knowledge of fine chemicals, building blocks, scaffolds, pharmaceutical intermediates, and API.
