岗位职责：

·全面计划、安排、管理市场部工作。

·制定年度营销策略和营销计划。

·协调部门内部与其他部门之间的合作关系。

·制定市场部的工作规范、行为准则及奖励制度。

·拟订并监督执行市场规划与预算。

·拟订并监督执行公关及促销活动计划，计划安排年、季、月及专项市场推广策划。

·制定广告策略，包括年、季、月及特定活动的广告计划。

·全面负责国内外行业展会营销推广。

·拟订并监督执行市场调研计划。

岗位要求：

·市场营销或化工医药等相关专业，本科以上学历；

·良好的英语口语，书写，阅读能力（需经常与国外客户进行电话会议及面谈）

·熟悉试剂类有机化学品市场；

·对市场营销有较深刻的认知；

·有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态，市场方向的能力；

·3年以上市场管理工作经验；

·能在高压力环境下工作，能适应出差；

· 有良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。

Job Description:

·Total ownership for marketing and advertising strategy execution, both online and offline.

·Marketing domestically & international for fine chemicals, building blocks, scaffolds, pharmaceutical intermediates, and API.

·Develop marketing programs by category and geography.

·Responsible of creating & implementing marketing plans.

·Collaborate with sales teams to set company-wide events to generate qualified leads, enhance customer relations and support business objectives.

·Identify and assess event opportunities and make recommendations regarding which ones to participate in

· Plan and execute all aspects of tradeshows and events in a productive, efficient manner.

· Ensures all promotional, below-the-line activity is in support of the company goals and objectives.

Job Requirement:

·Bilingual English & Mandarin

·Must be a fast learner. Be able to learn product knowledge quickly, and eventually be able to discuss common technical questions with international customers.

·Must be aggressive and result-oriented.

·Must be able to work under pressure, and self-motivated.

· 3 years experience in marketing, communication, or PR.

· Knowledge of fine chemicals, building blocks, scaffolds, pharmaceutical intermediates, and API.
