岗位职责：
1.改进跨部门AR/AP .税务管理等内控流程。
2.建立团队培训体系，确保财务团队定期有效的培训。
3.熟悉ERP和运作模式，提供专业化的建议。
4.协助CFO出具经营分析.差异分析。
5.进行相关的流程管理，降低企业运营风险。
6.协助人力出具各部门KPI考核结果，提供日常经营数据分析。
7.完成部门推进必须的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.七年以上财务相关工作两年以上管理经验（主管会计以上）。
2. 财经类专业大专及以上学历，CPA/会计师以上职称者优先。
3.商业行业相关工作经验。
4. 善于沟通协调.务实.做事细心.原则性强。
5.熟悉ERP.用友系统 。
