职责概述:
以优化操作，提升用户体验为目标，在有限的资源下，实现用户满意最大化。

主要职责:
1、积极与业务部门沟通了解用户需求，并能挖掘用户的潜在需求，正确引导用户需求；
2、与开发团队沟通业务部门的需求；
3、根据沟通结果形成详细的需求文档，并与业务部门、开发团队双方确认；
4、对开发成果进行验收并做好使用手册指南；
5、对整个项目进行管控，及时应对突发状况，保证项目按时按量完成；
6、对互联网进行深入的分析和研究，并定时形成分析报告。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、两年以上电子商务/仓储物流业务分析研究及用户需求规划的工作经验；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，至少包含word，excel，visio，ppt，作图等工具；
4、较强的文档书写能力，良好的跨部门沟通能力和项目执行能力；对新事物有研究的精神，对电子商务方面有自己独到的见解，较强的分析和规划能力；
5、能够熟练进行英语读，写，说，听；
6、逻辑思考能力强；较好的理解能力和表达能力；有耐心；记忆力好；有创新精神和工作的热情，对用户体验及产品易用性敏感；
7、能够承受较大工作压力。
