岗位职责:
1.对站内包裹、产品、货款和账目进行严格管理，做到日清;
2.配送路线优化，提高配送效率，客户投诉问题跟踪处理，提供客户满意度;
3.制定站点每日/周/月销售计划，并监督完成；
4.负责站点的促销活动和推广；
5.负责站点内良好的展示形象、最优的产品陈列和合理的商品库存；
6.站点人员的班会、培训和绩效管理，持续提高站点人员的安全和客户服务意识；
7.制作日报/周报/月报并及时汇报，处理日常事务和解决各种异常问题；
8.合理安排好分站助理、快递员和销售人员的工作，并负责排班制定；
9.上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历（男性 22-40岁），电子商务、物流管理、市场营销或经济金融、连锁经营管理专业优先；
2.有物流配送管理经验和店铺销售经验为佳，带领过团队；
3.具备较强的店铺销售技能、顾客服务意识和产品陈列整改技能；
4.具备较强的关系建立和维护能力、数据分析能力和危机处理能力；
5.个人形象良好，气质佳；
6.服从公司和上级领导的管理，有很好的执行力。
