Responsibility:
Provide Assistance to GM and core management team;
Process confidential info discreetly;
Maintain an up to date schedule for the managers;
Arrange meetings, make agendas, and take meeting minutes as required;
Translate as required;
Draft correspondence on behalf of the Managers;
Ensures all external and internal communication is aligned with the Managers preferred style and direction;
Work with related department managers to review and align communications;
Ensure budget is tracked and monitored to ensure each event comes in within budget;
Other work assigned by the managers.

Requirements:
Major in Engineering, Optical/ Physics is a plus, Bachelor's Degree or Above
Minimum of 3 years related experience
English - Excellent both in writing and speaking, TEM 8 certificate is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Advanced Presentation skills ( MS PowerPoint)
Certain degree of accounting knowledge will be a plus
Familiar with Administration Management, Good Organizational and Time management skills
