岗位职责：

1.制定互连网、手机平台、线上线下营销策略，了解客户需求，制作整合营销方案并推广策划，制定中长期的公关推广、品牌推广计划；

2.负责各项重大推广活动的方案撰写，并推动相关部门落实执行。

3.负责规划与制订年度预算及发展目标、及各项市场部业务体系的具体实施方案。

4.实施互联网营销活动并对活动效果管理、追踪、评估及实时调整,必须符合公司推广ROI;

5.配合分析团队将行业分析策略进行分解并落地实施，形成行业拓展计划，制定华东、华北地区行业营销策略，并监督执行

6.依据总体销售目标及策略组建销售团队；并制定分阶段的技能培训计划并监督执行

7.配合市场部门统筹行业媒体推广资源，结合行业实际情况与销售目标，推动营销策略实施，并监控最终实施结果，以提高行业销售效率

8.依据互联网行业及零售商户特点，分析其资金流走势以及发展趋势，别并出具完整的分析报告，依据实际运营情况不断优化和调整。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业。

2. 有丰富的网络品牌推广、网络营销执行的实际经验，熟悉网络广告创意、设计、制作、投放等流程，有金融业经验者优先

3. 5年以上销售类管理工作经验，有一定品牌管理经验，掌握调研，媒体策略，公关活动等技能，能够独立撰写推广活动方案

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力；思维缜密，具有逻辑性和策略性，有创意和问题解决能力

5. 中英文说写流利，计算机操作能力良好。

6. 掌握扎实的数据分析和金融领域的专业知识，熟悉全面系统的行业分析工具和方法

7. 积极、细致耐心和具有团队合作精神，有3年以上大型团队经验者优先。

8. 有电子商务、大型零售百货经验、及大型活动策划经验优先。
