Responsibilities ：

-- In charge of the packaging design of our company products; Then assess consumer tastes, market trends and product details to conceptualize package designs.

-- Improve product packaging design according to the company's brand requirements and market demands, responsible for the packaging appearance, results, safety and cost.

-- Master new technology, new material and new methods of packaging, provide
innovative proposals.

-- Continuously improve the existing design plans through using new material, structure, technological skills etc.

-- Evaluate and test different kinds of packaging materials to ensure the correct use of the packing materials.

--- Contact with our suppliers ,instruct them the details about our packaging ; Check final package features with or suppliers and make sure everything is correct.

--- Control the project development cost, analyze and provide feasible proposals on reducing cost and improving

- Other work arranged by the supervisor.



Requirements :

- Colleges degree or above, major in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering .

- Cosmetics industry packaging Design with an experience of at least 2 to 3 years is requested and a big plus with projects done for Chinese market.

- Knowledge about planar print products, environmental protection materials and relevant laws and regulations.

-- Proficient in Acto CAD、Corel DRAW、Photoshop、AI etc.

-- Strong ability of analysis and solving problems.

---Strong responsibility, good communication skills and good team work.

-- Good Chinese and English.

-- Not limited to men and women, cosmetics industry packaging design work experience is preferred.


职责：
1. 负责公司产品的包装设计，评估顾客、市场的需求以及产品的情况阐释产品的包装设计；
2. 根据公司的品牌要求和市场需求改善产品的包装设计，对包装的外观、结果、安全、成本负责；
3. 掌握包装新技术，新材料，新方法，提供创意新颖的解决方案，通过实用新型的材料、工艺、结构等的运用，持续改进现有的设计方案；
4.对不同包装材料的评估及测试确认，确保包装材料的正确性；
5. 与供应商联系，确认包装的细节；并与供应商审核最后的包装，以确保一切都没有问题；
6. 控制项目开发成本，分析并提出降低成本和改善品质的可行性方案；
7. 上级主管分配的其他任务。

要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，工业设计、包装工程或者相关专业；
2. 2-3年的化妆品包装行业工作经验, 最好在中国市场已经做过项目；
3. 熟悉平面印刷制品常识，相关设备及材料环保知识，以及相关的法律、法规等；
4. 能够熟练运用 Acto CAD、Corel DRAW、Photoshop、AI等设计软件，能够按要求完成相关的技术文件、图纸等工作；
5. 有较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；
6. 具有良好的工作责任心和沟通能力，工作积极主动和良好的团队合作精神；
7. 良好的中英文表达；
8. 男女不限，有化妆品行业包装设计工作经验优先考虑。
