Senab Sweden was founded in 1975 and is one of Scandinavia’s largest supplier of furniture, accessories and related services – a position that we have reached by focusing on excellent service, good cooperation with our customers, and a broad network of suppliers.
As many companies establish abroad, we have been fortunate to follow our customers as to grow outside Sweden. We now have partners in 26 countries and during 2010 we delivered to 48 different countries.
Senab has showrooms and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Tibro, Norway, Russia, and Shanghai.
Our Shanghai office is located in Jingan District and we take care of all business for greater China and Asia Pacific.

RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as Project Manager will be divided into two parts: Main focus will be successful Coordination and Management of ongoing projects, second is Growing Existing Business and New Business Development COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT INTERIOR FURNITURE PROJECTS
Total project ownership and provide the best service possible from kick off to successful implementation to aftersales.
Following are our standard procedure:
Following direction from Key Account Manager and GM
Take ownership of each project
Understand and Analyzes client’s needs
Prepare quotations and tender Sales Confirmation and ERP system entry
Order Analysis Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics team
Coordinate with client/project manager for installation Preparation and planning for Installation Supervise the installation on site
Onsite product training for clients
Report installation status and coordinate with Quality team
Payment application with client and issuing invoice
Follow up custom satisfaction
Assist clients for aftersales service
GROWING EXISTING BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Find new customers that match Senab’s vision. Offering original designer products from recognized brands as well as full customization from local production places our company different from many others in the industry. Focus on recognized multinational and Chinese companies as well as Designers and Architects, develop network within the community and create opportunities for our business. Key Account manager and GM will guide you.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English Speaking, both in written and orally, can easily communicate with foreigners
General Computer Skills especially in regards to the Office programs and Windows
Experience with Yongyou UFIDA ERP system is an advantage, or any other ERP system, but not a must.
Degree within any major or engineer is preferred, but not a must.
You are in the age, born between 1978 - 1986
