Requirement

1. Master degree in Electrical Engineering, computer science, communication, Electro-optics, with strong hardware design background.
2. Minimum 3 years of Hardware develop experience on electrical circuits for Telecommunication industry, working experiences in PON and transceiver is preferred.
3. Familiar with schematic and PCB layout design and tools
4. Ability to do experiments and root cause analysis to solve complex issues in product development.
5. Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capabilities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are desired.


Responsibilities

- Responsible for design and maintenance GPON/EPON ONU hardware development.
- In charge of all hardware topic, schematic, layout, electronic BOM.
- Responsible for design and implement hardware modules, documents.
- Working with a skilled team of software and test development engineers.
