职位描述
? Respond and drive resolution to any customer issues;
? 回应和解决任何客户的问题
? Ensure program measurable are met in terms of quality, equipment cycle time, cost and overall program timing；
? 确保重大保项目在质量、设备周期时间、成本和整体项目的时间
? Interact directly with customer engineers to ensure all program expectations are met;
? 需要直接和客户工程师磋商以确保所有程序能达到预期效果
? Maintain ‘Master Timeline” on program and ensure that it is updated by regular basis through life of the program under the frame of company Program Management Process；
? 在所有程序上维持主要的时间线并确保在公司管理程序框架中定期的标准升级
? Develop and maintain APQP open issues list which will be used to track and bring to closer all issues which surround the program；
? 开发和维护产品质量先期策划，并建立已知的问题清单，为了追溯和紧密围绕特定的程序上出现的所有问题
? Interact directly with all suppliers ensuring that they are meeting their timing and quality requirements；
? 与供应商直接的互动， 确保满足他们对时间和质量的要求
? Co-ordinate launch activities with other departments to ensure smooth transition from beginning to SOP and into daily production；
? 和其他部门协调开办活动，以确保从SOP融入到日常的生产中且能顺利的转换
? Responsible for Costs control of Program

岗位要求:
? Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related；
? 要求本科或以上，主修汽车/机械工程的相关专业
? Minimum 4 years experience in product development and/or program management while working within the automotive industry;
? 至少4年在制造部门的工作经验，及其在汽车业工作期间的程序管理经验
? Be familiar with APQP, product design techniques and GD&T；
? 熟悉APQP, 产品设计技术及其GD&T
? Effective communication skills both within the company and dealing directly with customers and suppliers;
? 对公司内部及其对客户和供应商磋商时有较强的沟通能力
? Working knowledge of standard program management tools and MS computer programs.
? 在工作中具备一定的标准程序管理工具的知识及其MS计算机程序的知识
? Be capable of using standard measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers and have working knowledge of proper use of checking fixtures and attribute gauges.
? 能使用标准计量设备、卡尺、微米及其正确使用检具和属性表的相关工作知识
? Good English communication skills both speaking and writing;
