Team Assistant (Project Management Office)

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Managing the Manager’s schedule, determining priorities in terms of objectives and deadlines that must be met;


• Evaluating which random demands require the involvement of the Manager and then to facilitate this;


• Supporting and provides assistance to all members of the team;


• Initiating the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies;


• Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines of Manager;


• Full responsibility for organizing team meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing;


• Responsible for the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments, etc.;


• Responsible for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents;


• Handling external enquiries related to various issues;


• Provide support on diverve marketing events to the managers for the organization, venue check, participant invitation etc.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree, Major in social science area is preferred, e.g. economics, marketing, politics, English etc.;


• Organized, attention to details, service oriented;


• Good computer skills with MS Office;


• Strong communication skill;


• Sound Chinese both oral and written;


• Be capable to work in international environment;


• Ability to work pro-actively and under high pressure;

Assistant or administrator experience in international companies;
