This is a 1 year contract position.

Responsibilities

· To be responsible for client management and providing value-added consulting services on staffing, employee relations, performance management, talents management, reward, exit management and other HR projects as assigned

· To maintain strong liaison and working relationship with businesses and provide effective business solutions on people practices and human resources processes

· To support senior recruitment through participating in daily recruitment activities

· To analyze HR management statistics, including headcount, staff information, turnover, staff cost, etc.

· Partner with various HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives and the effective implementation of the HR strategies, polices and best practices

Requirements

· Degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline

· 8 years HR Generalist or Staffing experience in banking and finance industry

· Self driven and be a strategic business partner with excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills

· Effective analytical, planning and organizing skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure

· Good PC skills
