岗位职责：

1. Leads the development of robust and scalable embedded software architectures for smart hardware devices.
2. Leads the development and test of embedded software (firmware) codes (IC embedded code).
3. Organizes, leads, and participates in embedded software design reviews with peers.
4. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate with peers.
5. Supports customers from design phase to maintenance phase.
6. Work often involves interfacing to analog and digital hardware and to software operating systems.
7. Writes documents of all aspects in the product development process.
8. Supports other engineering functions including hardware bring-up and product industrialization.

职位要求：

1. Job position depends on candidate's profile and experience.
2. BS or MS above in EE or CS.
3. More than 3 years experience with embedded software (firmware) development and test methods.
4. Solid C/C++ programming capability especially in embedded application.
5. Experience using software revision control, defect and enhancement tracking tools.
6. Consumer electronics background is a plus.
7. Solid understanding of hardware design techniques and standard device interfaces is a plus.
8. Solid experience with ARM Cortex M series MCU programming is a plus.
