Responsibilities:

· Take care of each project in the whole lifetime cycle (quotation=>nominated=>PPAP(SOP)=>EOP)

· Coordinate the cross function team to achieve three targets:

- Margin contribution(Cost control)

- Project timing

- Delivery

· Working with PE, sales, purchasing, quality and manufacturing on RFQ

- Kick-off meeting, feasibility study

- Build up BOM,

- Internal calculation, cost matrix

· Taking care of engineering change both from customer side and internal initialized

· Monitor prototype and OTS sample delivery to assure the quality and timing

· Regular review project status regarding: timing plan, contract, price agreement, testing, validation, tooling, gauges, documents filing, customer payment …

· Participate the negotiation with customer

· Continuous improvement through lesson learned

Requirements:

· 5+ working experience, at least 3 years in automotive industry e.g. project management, sales, PE, SQE

· Bachelor degree or above, engineering background preferred

· Fluent in English (Oral and Written)

· Microsoft office, CAD knowledge

· Good communication skills, cross culture working experience

· Familiar with APQP process

岗位职责：

· 负责每个产品在整个项目周期内的活动(报价=>定点=>批量=>量产结束)

· 联络跨部门团队实现如下主要目标：

- 产品边际贡献(成本控制)

- 项目节点控制

- 交付

· 协同工程师、销售、采购、质量和工艺制造进行报价核算

- 项目启动会议、可行性分析

- 建立产品物料清单

- 内部核算、成本追踪

· 负责项目周期内的工程变更（包括客户端、外部输入和内部输入导致的变更）

· 监控手工样件和OTS样件交付的质量和时间

· 定期确认项目状态，包括：时间节点、合同、价格协议、测试验证、模具工装、检具、文件归档、客户付款…

· 参与客户之间的谈判

· 通过项目总结进行持续改善

岗位需求：

· 5年以上工作经验，其中至少3年以上汽车行业经验，从事的岗位例如：项目管理、销售，技术、供应商质量工程师

· 本科学历及以上，工程背景优先

· 英语听说写流利

· 微软办公软件、CAD基本知识

· 良好的沟通技巧、跨文化工作经验

· 熟悉APQP流程
