建立、改进并运行质量管理体系，规划实施质量管理方案，实现对产品、工艺的质量控制目标。Establish and improve the quality management system and planning, implementing the quality management scheme, with product, process quality control.
1.建立、维护并持续改善质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行（如按ISO9000/TL9000/TS16949）；
推进业务流程标准化；

Establish, maintain and improve the quality management system and ensure its effective operation （ as iso9000 tl9000 ts16949 ） ； in the business process standardized ；
2.定义规划公司的质量管理方案，并有计划地推进、实施；
Definition of the company's quality management scheme for planning and systematically to promoting and implementing ；
3.参与产品设计、工艺流程的审核工作，以确保其符合品质保证的要求和质量；
Participation in product design, process of the audit work to ensure that it meets the requirements of the quality assurance and quality ；
4.配合技术部门进行新产品试制及质量控制；
Properly with technical analysis to manufacture new products and quality control ；
5.分析最终产品及过程产品失效原因，并提出改进方案；
Analysis of final products and processes cause product failures and propose improvement
6.管理与维护内部使用的监视和测量装置。

7严格控制来料，成品的质量。

任职资格: qualifications
教育背景: education
◆行业/产品相关专业本科以上学历。
One industry products relevant professional bachelor degree or above.
培训经历: training experience
◆受过项目管理、质量管理方面的培训。Had project management, quality management training.
