BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THIS ROLE
Perform the QC work for the product/raw material/packaging and keep good records following SOP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Test product/raw material/packaging material following SOP.
2. Record test procedure and lab activity, report test results following SOP.
3. Lab equipment validation, maintenance and calibration.
4. Responsible for transferring the related methods from headquarter lab to plant QC lab.
5. Responsible for personal safety and industrial health.
6. Conduct any other job assigned by QC manager.
TRAVEL FREQUENCY None
PREREQUISITES & EDUCATION
- 2+ years' relevant experience in feed/food/pharmacy companies.
- Bachelor of majority relative with pharmaceutical or analytical chemistry.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION AND SOFT SKILLS
- Good instrumentation and chemical lab analysis experience, especially in HPLC, AA, UV, auto-titrator and others.
- Good knowledge of ISO/HACCP/FAMI-QS/GMP.
- Good written and reading English skill.
- Good computer skill.
- Good ability of communication, and team work.
